I hereby give, transfers, assigns and delivers all rights, title and interest, including any copyright, trademark and related interests, in and to the Item to Bourbon RVA as an unrestricted gift, absolutely and forever, without any consideration therefor and such transfer is intended as a charitable contribution within the meaning of Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended
